About the Video:

The combination of fresh rap swagger and soul singing on the hook creates a classic vibe that relates the honest emotion of the song. The video, directed by Carl Thiessen, is a narrative that follows a dude who wakes up after a party with a message on his arm, and follows his progress in remembering what it means. The Lytics weave a story about heartbreak that stays lighthearted and positive, and despite the eventual sadness, the track remains uplifting.
