The Lytics “They Said” video on MTV IGGY

DOPE. MTV IGGY, which I suppose is the online version of MTV that plays international music videos, is now featuring The Lytic’s new video “They Said” in their lineup. The video features the boys roaming the frozen streets of Winnipeg in an ancient stationwagon, and was shot in HD and with b-reel on 16mm film, cut and assembled by hand, and then projected over the finished HD Video. The result is a timeless work that recalls the often forgotten feeling of light refracted through celluloid, a perfect compliment to the nostalgic vibe of the song. Check it out at MTV IGGY
